History
KNC - Kay New Century was incorporated 1997
KNC became the sole provider of land arrangements for TESHT, a subsidiary of El Al Israel Airlines
Choice Hotels became the first hotel chain to establish a direct billing account with Kay Tours
Solution Tools was incorporated to provide software solutions for the needs Kay Tours and the travel industry, such as inventory systems and booking engines for hotels and airlines which can be used on B2B platform, websites and portals.

KNC, in cooperation with Amadeus technology, establishes direct connectivity to hotel chains on a pre-paid basis with a direct billing account In cooperation with Airlines, KNC developed an internet site with Dynamic Packages and through Amadeus finalize direct connectivity with IHG .


New York State distribution system was built by Solution Tools in cooperation with the New York State Division of Tourism to promote international travel to New York State.

eSurvey & Solution Tools is in the final stage of connectivity with Hilton International; Hilton US is expected to be operational.
